About the Role
You’ll own the marketing function strategy, execution, budgets, and results. We’re looking for someone who treats marketing spend like their own money and can run campaigns end-to-end without waiting for approvals at every step.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute SEO, SEM, social media, and paid ad strategies (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Own marketing budgets, KPIs, and ROI reporting
- Lead content strategy and brand positioning across channels
- Manage and mentor junior marketing executives
- Set up marketing automation and analytics dashboards
- Use AI tools (Lovable, Claude, OpenClaw, and Cursor for landing pages) to speed up campaign creation, content production, and reporting
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing with proven campaign results
- Strong knowledge of SEO, performance marketing, and analytics tools (GA4, Search Console, ad platforms)
- Experience managing marketing budgets and reporting ROI
- Ability to independently plan, execute, and optimize campaigns
- Working knowledge of AI tools for content creation and workflow automation
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
