About the Role

We need someone who can own the full sales pipeline – from identifying opportunities to closing deals – without needing constant direction. You’ll set the BD strategy, build key relationships, and mentor the junior BD team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across target markets
  • Build and own relationships with key clients and partners end-to-end
  • Develop pricing, proposals, and negotiation strategy independently
  • Set and track revenue targets, pipeline health, and conversion metrics
  • Mentor junior BD executives and help shape outreach strategy
  • Use AI tools (OpenClaw, Lovable, Claude) to automate outreach, research prospects, and speed up proposal creation

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (preferably in IT services/software/agency space)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills
  • Comfortable owning client relationships and deals from first contact to signed contract
  • Working knowledge of AI productivity/automation tools is a strong plus
  • Self-driven – able to plan and execute outreach strategy without micromanagement
